Execution

Service Standards

Regardless of which service you choose, certain principles apply to all work performed at Vernier.

Pre-Service Assessment

Before beginning work, we provide a written assessment explaining what we observe and what we recommend, giving you the information needed to make an informed decision.

Component Inspection

Every component is examined under magnification. We measure critical tolerances and document wear patterns to make informed decisions about what requires attention.

Proper Components

Parts are sourced to match original specifications. We verify dimensions and materials before installation to ensure proper fit and function.

Timing Verification

After mechanical work, watches undergo extended timing observation to verify consistent performance across positions before being returned.

Not Sure Which Service You Need?

We're happy to discuss your watch's condition and help you determine the most appropriate service level. An Annual Wellness Check can also serve as an informative starting point if you're uncertain about your timepiece's requirements.
